Next on the agenda...

We’re going to try something that was suggested a few months ago, but placed on the back burner over summer; creation of an adjunct guild. This guild would be for the non-Draenei toons of our Draenei Covenant members. In other words, this will not be an ‘open’ guild; you’d have to have a toon in the Draenei Covenant first. This will launch in September. We’ll use some of the funds in our vault to pay for the new guild’s first bank tab and the tabard.

Two initial questions: what will be the name of the guild, and what will the tabard look like? For the tabard I’m favoring the same symbol; maybe even the same colors but without the different color border. Let the officers know what you think.

As for the name, that’s wide open. Suggestions so far…Defenders of Exodar, Dreams of Draenei, The Covenant, Alt out Assault.

Once the guild is established we’ll create a channel that connects the two guilds so that we’ll have some ability to talk back and forth (it’s a pity we can’t share the one guild chat). I'm considering other ideas to keep the Draenei Covenant the 'primary' focus, perhaps limiting rank in the new guild to the highest achieved rank in the Draenei Covenant.

I’m looking forward to this, and other players have said they’re interested in the idea. I have three toons to bring in myself!

Thank you, Indianpriest!

You may have noticed that we have a rather large amount of gold in the vault. This a gift from former guildmate Indianpriest who sent it to us before she left WoW entirely.

Naturally, the question arises as to how best to use this for the good of the guild. The officers of the guild are talking about this and you can have your input as well. Please give us your ideas

But for now we just want to say, Thanks, Indianpriest! We miss you, and hope to see you again someday!
